Founded in 2003, Craft Media has grown from a Cairo-based talent management firm into a pioneering production company spanning the entire MEA region. Under Hamdy Badr's leadership, the company has produced and co-produced diversified media — from song production and television advertisements to TV programs, theatre shows, TV series songs, and high-quality media services covering pre to post production, social media campaigns, local and international concerts, and online events.
Craft Media is one of the leading management companies representing some of the top artists in the Arab world — not only in the musical field, but also actors and a number of famous celebrities. The company provides representation to a diverse roster of talent, capable of transforming ideas into actual successful productions.
In March 2021, Sony Music Middle East announced a landmark multi-year, multi-artist production agreement with Hamdy Badr and Craft Media — the first of its kind for an Egyptian production company. The partnership was designed to grow and scale Egyptian pop music through multiple projects with hit recording artists and developing talent across the region.
Craft Media has powered many of Egypt's biggest superstars including Hamaki, Maya Diab, Pousi, and Mahmoud Al Lethy, and has helped deliver numerous TV programs in the Middle East, including The Voice, Carpool, and The Masked Singer shows.
